To mitigate the growing amount of e-waste, design and repairability must be considered together. The Global E-Waste Monitor 2020 Report projects that global electronic and electrical waste (e-waste) will increase to over 75 million metric tons by 2030. Logitech International has announced a collaboration with iFixit, a worldwide repair community that offers replacement parts, toolkits, and repair guides for consumer electronics devices. Through this partnership, Logitech aims to ensure the availability of spare parts, provide support for beyond-warranty repairs on select products, and create relevant repair guides to aid these efforts. ![]()
